As a historian from Budapest, I carefully selected Szalajka Fogadó Es Étterem in the heart of Aggtelek National Park for our family vacation. The hotel's hospitality and attention to detail truly impressed us. Our kids loved the opportunity to explore the surrounding forests, playing along the stream, and even befriending a few curious squirrels in the lush greenery. Staying true to my heritage, we visited Plum Castle and its historical surroundings, providing an enriching experience connecting us to the region's past.The staff's kindness and the exceptional cuisine at the restaurant left a lasting impression on us. The family-friendly atmosphere and inclusive amenities made our stay truly memorable. We particularly appreciated the flexibility to explore the park while the hotel securely looked after our belongings. Our visit here was delightful, and we are already planning our return to Szalajka Fogadó Es Étterem for another family adventure.
